Help learning your camera
After you purchase your camera, you may find your manual a bit "boring and hard to get a full grip on your camera's features. There are two ways to learn your camera in a friendly and easy to understand way.
1. Go to your camera manufactuers site. Canon, Nikon, Sony, HP and so many more have tutorials to help you learn your specific camera.
Nikon....go to nikon usa site. Find your camera....look for DIGITUTOR... This link will take you to the index of Digitutor for various Nikon cameras.
Canon also has tutorials.
This is a great Flash tutorial for the Canon Rebel (It could be used for any entry level D-SLR user.

Mid-Atlantic Nature Photography ExpoThe Mid-Atlantic Nature Photography Expo (formerly Meadowlark) will be held on November 13-14, 2010, at the Hylton Performing Arts Center on the Manassas campus of the George Mason University. The venue is larger than Meadowlark and exhibitors will be offered the opportunity to enter more images. As in the past, each individual may enter up to six pictures free and for $20.00 enter an additional four. Consideration is being given to conducting the first round of judging digitally.
